およそ６ヶ月間、断続的に青森県十和田市に滞在し、交流会やお食事会を開催した。
長期に及ぶリサーチを通して、この街の風土を感じながらリサーチを実施。
最終的に市民６名を対象にし、ストーリーを持ち合わせるお料理を実際に作ってもらい、クッキングチャンネルに仕立てました。

During the 6-month intermittent stay in Towada city of Aomori Prefecture, I hold social gatherings and dinner parties there.
The long-term research was carried out by taking my stand deeply in the culture there.
I made a cooking TV channel to have 6 citizens appear on the program with the dishes and their special stories.
